Returns & Exchanges
At Lifted Anchors, we stand by the quality of our garments and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Package Your Items
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping mailer or a similar protective package.
- 3.Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your package over any previous shipping information.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue your store credit or ship your exchange.
